Of course! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email letting you know your order is on its way. This email will also contain your tracking number. 

You can use our Self Service Portal here (click 'Track order' and follow the prompts) to confirm if your order has been dispatched and to access any pertinent tracking details.

Tracking with Australia Post / NZ Post

Parcels are collected from our warehouse by Australia Post. Once arrived in New Zealand, your parcel will be handed over to NZ Post for local delivery - the same tracking number can be used to track the status.
