Can I track my order?Updated a month ago

Of course! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email letting you know your order is on it’s way. This email will also contain your tracking number. 

You can use our Self Service Portal here (click 'Track order' and follow the prompts) to confirm if your order has been dispatched and to access any pertinent tracking details.

Tracking with Omni Parcel

Parcels are collected from our warehouse by Omni Parcel. Once arrived in New Zealand, your parcel will be handed over to either NZ Couriers or NZ Post for local delivery - this will be indicated on your Omni Parcel tracking page and linked to the local carrier.
