Can I group two or more orders under the same return?Updated a month ago

Our process is automated and goes off the scans from the barcode on your return label provided by our Returns and Exchanges Portal as your parcel makes its way back to us. With this in mind, only the label affixed on top of the parcel will be processed accordingly. 

If you have already sent your item(s) back, please contact our Community Happiness Team and provide us with the order numbers of your requests, and tracking number used to send the items back.
